While the Arena remains closed to fans, the marketing and entertainment departments develop an innovative, new partnership hosting an NCAA college basketball tournament in a “bubble”. The staff kicks into high gear to adapt to new health and safety protocols to run the big event. Dave leads Mary, Nikki, Dana, Brian and so many others, as they navigate uncharted waters. Constant last minute changes put a strain on the whole operation. Do they pull it off?

The arrival of college basketball teams presents a challenge for Brian and Security. It’s a late night as they persevere and manage to get every team through safety protocols. The next morning, focus shifts to Dana, Chef Tammy and team as they make the necessary preparations to feed over 30 teams. Nearing tip off time, both the Arena and Expo Center have been transformed into a giant TV studio and practice facility. Dave reflects on the hard work that has gone into this endeavor and everyone welcomes back NCAA Basketball!

Mohegan Sun is officially in Las Vegas teaming up with Virgin Hotels and Curio Collection by Hilton transforming a tired, old casino resort into one of the most anticipated new destinations in all of the city. Erica’s experience and eye for detail make her the perfect choice to implement the Momentum rewards program at this new property. Lauren joins her on this journey, handling many of the Public Relations needs for the opening ceremony. There are so many moving parts, and as the doors get closer to opening, Erica, Lauren, and both the Las Vegas and Connecticut teams come together to produce magic!

As the transformations continue, Jeff checks in with Lauren to view the reimagined Casino of the Earth valet area. It is now a new outdoor special events and meetings venue with great new fire pits and much more. Watch as team members prep both the new space and the tribute bands that bring in the crowds. Jeff then has to move on to meet Kevin and Brad touring the renovated Bow & Arrow Sports Bar, and finally onto, the future home of the new Sportsbook. Sports betting is now adding to the non-stop energy and excitement of Mohegan Sun.

There is a buzz around Mohegan Sun, and that means only one thing; a sold out show in the Arena! The team welcomes back Lady A and concert fans to the first full capacity show in over a year and half. Mary has a sold out hotel. Derrick is managing the new level and flow of cars at the valet. Tom, Dario, Greg and the entertainment team have been patiently counting down the days to this moment. Emotions are running high with the build-up to this historic re-opening, with another A-list act taking the stage and bringing down the house!
